RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the product delivery. All returned items must be new and in an unused condition.

The courier company will attempt pickup twice. If they fail to pick up the shipment, you will need to return it to our address.

Reverse Pick Up is dependent on the availability of the service in your area pin code.

Issues in quality/quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchange can be possible in case of any fit or size issues customers just need to pay shipping charges for exchange, if there is any defect in the T-shirt then the customer needs to share detailed issues at Email: clothicstoree@gmail.com to process the return, no refund is possible after purchase.

 

  • Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery for orders outside sale periods.
  • Exchange Fee: A reverse shipment charge of ₹100 fee for all exchanges.

Covered Issues:

We exchange or refund items with manufacturing defects, not issues caused by improper use or care.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Charges

We provide free shipping for orders above ₹1500 across all locations in PAN India. For orders below ₹1500, a nominal shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat ₹100 fee applies.

Prepaid Orders: A flat ₹49 fee applies.
